S3 addresses generic complexities arising when collaboration needs to scale across multiple teams and domains and acts as a “social technology” for raising self-accountability and engagement while promoting respect, diversity and inclusion. It supports distribution of power to all, within interconnected domains of accountability, freeing people up to decide and act. It facilitates co-creativity, fosters transparency and guarantees equivalence for all concerned.

Trainer

James Priest serves internationally, providing organizational development consultancy, learning facilitation, mentoring and conflict resolution for people wishing to evolve collaborative, adaptive organizations at scale.

As co-founder and developer of Sociocracy 3.0, he combines extensive experience of sociocracy with 15 years practice in the fields of holistic organizational development, facilitative leadership and personal and relational transformation. He currently spends most of his time supporting others to learn about Sociocracy 3.0 and working with organizations to evolve enterprise agility.

Liliana David serves internationally, providing facilitation and mentoring to groups and organizations wishing to develop greater effectiveness and equivalence in collaboration.

Her warmth, clarity and practicality is complimented by her ability to support the co-creative potential arise through collaborating effectively towards shared purpose.

Combining a background in communications, business administration and events management with her growing experience as a co-developer and trainer of the Sociocracy 3.0. framework, she supports organic organizational development to unfold.

Jef Cumps is an experienced trainer and coach supporting all kinds of organisations in their transition towards more agility. He has been working with many teams, managers and leaders to help them facilitate (organizational) change, embrace self-organization and effectively getting things done.

Jef is also one of the founders of iLean, a small Belgian company helping its customers to become agile and happy workplaces.
